Sometimes a classic dish can be taken to another level with the addition of one or two ingredients. In this case, our Pastamore Roasted Garlic Balsamic Olive Oil
provides a little extra class to a tater tot casserole. It's hard to beat crispy and cheesy potatoes.
1 32oz package tater tots
1 lb lean ground beef2 Tbsp Pastamore Roasted Garlic Balsamic Olive Oil
4 oz shredded cheese
1 15 oz can black beans
1/2 tsp salt
To taste black pepper and garlic powder
1. Cook tater tots according to package directions. Add beans to medium pot and cook until warm, drain. Place both to the side.
2. Heat large pan on the stove over medium heat. Once hot, add ground beef and cook until thoroughly cooked. Drain and return to pan. Season with 1/2 tsp salt and to taste with black pepper and garlic powder. Mix well.
3. Preheat oven to 400°
F. Add the tater tots to a 9"x 13" baking dish. Add the Pastamore Roasted Garlic Balsamic Olive Oil
and mix well. Top with the black beans and ground beef. Finish the dish off with the shredded cheese. Add to the oven and cook until cheese has melted.
