A fun and delicious take on meat and potatoes. This recipe pairs our amazing White Truffle Oil
with sausage and roasted potatoes. You are even able to get in some greens with the addition of fresh green beans.
4 pork sausages, pre-cooked
2 cups fresh green beans
2 lb red potatoes, small1-2 Tbsp Pastamore White Truffle Oil
1/2 tsp garlic powder
.5-1 Tbsp vegetable oil
To taste salt and black pepper
As needed cooking spray
1. Preheat oven to 375°
2. Rinse potatoes and cut into bite-sized pieces. Add to a oven-safe dish along with .5-1 Tbsp of vegetable oil. Season with garlic powder and to taste with salt and black pepper and mix well. Place into the oven and cook for 30-45 minutes or until potatoes are fork tender.
3. Slice sausage into bite-sized pieces.
4. Heat a large pot on the stove over medium heat. Use cooking spray as needed. Add green beans and sausage. Cook until sausage is browned and green beans are tender. Add potatoes and Pastamore White Truffle Oil
. Season to taste with salt and black pepper.
