This rice shaped pasta is delicately flavored with real lemon juice, lemon zest, black pepper and garlic. As a side, try with a drizzle of an herbed olive oil or Asian with a Hint of Ginger Dipping Oil and some finely chopped chives. Makes a fantastic bed for grilled salmon, chicken or shrimp!
DIRECTIONS: Place pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water and cook 2 to 4 minutes*: less time for "al dente" and more time for a softer noodle. Drain pasta in a colander, place pasta back into hot pot, toss in your favorite ingredients and serve immediately.
