Recipe Main Cat | Mango Habanero Linguini


1-12oz. package Habanero Linguini
2- Fresh Mangos
1 pint- grape tomatoes
1 Tbsp - cooking oil
1 Tbsp - Pastamore Asian with a Hint of Ginger Dipping Oil
2 Tbsp - Pastamore Passion Fruit Balsamic Vinegar
2 Tbsp - Fish Oil (optional)
To taste - salt
As garnish - fresh basil


1.) Heat a large pot of water on the stove; high heat.  While the water is heating rinse the tomatoes and slice in half from top to bottom.  Cut off skin from mango and cut into 1/2" cubes.

2.) Add Pastamore Habanero Linguini to the pot of boiling water.

3.) Heat a large frying pan on stove over medium heat.  Once hot; add the cooking oil and grape tomatoes.  Cook for 5 minutes, stirring often.  Add the mango, Pastamore Asian with a hint of Ginger Diping Oil and Pastamore Passion fruit balsamic vinegar.

4.)  Drain Habanero pasta once al dente.  Add the pasta to the frying pan, along with the fish sauce.  Mix well and season to taste with salt.

5.)  Finely chop the basil.  Plate the pasta and top with basil.
