Recipe Main Cat | No Boil-Oven Ready Lasagna

What You'll Need:

9 "x 13" Baking Dish
1 pkg. Pastamore Gluten Free Lasagna Noodles (12)
1 lb. of Ground Beef or (substitute Italian Chicken Sausage)
2 - 24 oz. jars of your favorite pasta sauce
16oz. Ricotta Cheese
1 egg
2 lbs. Mozzarella Cheese

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Meanwhile cook the ground beef or sausage.  In another pot, heat up your pasta sauce, when meat is cooked add to pasta sauce.  While the pasta sauce is simmer, mix egg with the ricotta cheese.

Start to Layer:
Put a small amount of the pasta sauce in the bottom of your baking dish. Place 3 Lasagna noodles in pan and ricotta cheese on top of noodles (try to keep the same amount of cheese on all 3 layers.)  Using a ladle, cover the noodles completely with sauce and then shredded mozzarella cheese.  (Repeat layers 3 times, ending with lasagna noodles on top.)  Pour the rest of your sauce over them cover them with the remainder of mozzarella cheese.

Cover with a non stick foil and bake for 30 minutes.  Remove the foil and cook for an additional 30 minutes. Total cook time is 1 hour.  Pull out of oven, let rest uncovered for 15 minutes and then serve.
