1.5 cups old fashioned oatmeal
1 cup shredded coconut, unsweetened
2+ Tbsp Pastamore Dark Chocolate Balsamic Vinegar
4 Tbsp butter, unsalted
2 Tbsp cocoa powder, unsweetened
1/2 cup powdered sugar
One pinch salt
1/2 cup almond milk
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Heat large pan on the stove over medium-low heat. Once hot, add butter, cocoa powder, salt, powdered sugar, and 2 Tbsp Pastamore Dark Chocolate Balsamic Vinegar. Mix well using a spatula or whisk, and cook until completely disolved.
3. Combine oatmeal and shredded coconut into a mixing bowl. Add almond milk and butter mixture to oatmeal and mix well.
4. Spread oatmeal mixture into a 9" x 13" baking dish and place into the oven. Cook for 30-40 minutes or until toasted. Stir every 10 minutes.
5. Allow to cool. Serve over vanilla Greek yogurt.
