Recipe Main Cat | Garlic Balsamic Burrata Pizza

There is no reason to suffer through dry and tasteless frozen pizzas when these homemade naan pizzas can be made in the same amount of time. This recipe pairs fresh tomatoes and spinach, rich burrata cheese, and our Pastamore Roasted Garlic Balsamic Olive Oil. A nice quick dish for an easy dinner or lunch!


Directions (Makes 2 Pizzas)
1. Preheat oven to 400° F.

2. Slice onion and cut grape tomatoes in half. Add onions to a small bowl and mix well with Pastamore Roasted Garlic Balsamic Olive Oil. Cut each ball of burrata into four pieces.

3. Place naan into oven and par-bake for 3-4 minutes. Remove from oven.

4. Top naan with olive oil and onion mixture. Top with tomatoes and 4 pieces of burrata. Season to taste with black pepper. Place into oven. Cook until cheese is melted and crust is crisp. Remove from oven.

5. Roll and slice (chiffonade) baby spinach. Sprinkle on top of pizza, cut as desired, and serve.
