The summer heat calls for a cool and refreshing treat. This recipe takes your typical shrimp cocktail and swaps the horseradish for Kettle Roasted Jalapeno Oil. This refreshing dish is perfect served with chips or in a tortilla.
1. Remove seeds and skin from avocados. Chop into bite-sized pieces. Add to large mixing bowl.
2. Add the Pastamore Kettle Roasted Jalapeno Oil and other remaining ingredients to the mixing bowl. Mix well and season to taste with salt and black pepper.
3. Chill for at least 2 hours. Plate and serve with your favorite tortilla chips.
