Barbecue season isn't over quite yet, and this chipotle chicken corn salad makes a great side dish. This recipe combines our Pastamore Chipotle Chili Marinade and Grill Sauce with fresh and light summer flavors. Kick it up a notch with a few dashes of your favorite hot sauce!
1. Rinse grape tomatoes. Dice chicken into 1/2" pieces.
2. Add Pastamore Chipotle Chili Grill Sauce and Marinade and all other ingredients into a large mixing bowl. Season to taste with salt and black pepper. Mix well.
3. Place in the refrigerator to chill for at least 3 hours.
