Recipe Main Cat | Myer Lemon Ginger Cookies

The perfect mix of tangy and sweet. With fresh ginger, and our Myer Lemon Oil, these ginger cookies will be a hit at any holiday party.


  • 1/2 cup and 2 tbs soft butter
  • 1/4 cup Pastamore Meyer Lemon Oil
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1/5 cup molasses
  • 2 1/2 cup flour
  • 2 1/4 tbs ground ginger
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ground cloves
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • Time: 20 - 30 minutes
  • Makes: 30 cookies


1. Preheat oven to 350. In a large bowl, beat butter and Meyer Lemon oil together. Add sugar, molasses, egg. Beat until fluffy.

2. Separately mix flour, ginger, baking soda, ground cinnamon, cloves, and salt. Gradually mix dry mix into wet until combined.

3. Make into one inch balls and place two inches apart on a baking sheet. Press balls flat and bake for 12-15 minutes or until brown and you can smell them without opening over. Let cool.
