2 Pork Chops
1 cup sliced Mushrooms
1 cup Broccoli
3 tbsp Pastamore Barrel-Aged Balsamic Vinegar
1. Heat pan to high heat. Season pork chops with salt and pepper.
2. Add olive oil to pan and sear all 6 sides of each pork chops, about 5-6 min per side.
3. While pork is cooking, steam broccoli.
4. Remove pork from pan, and let rest, 10 minutes. Reduce heat to medium, and sautee mushrooms in olive oil. Reduce heat after mushrooms start to brown add balsamic.
Plate broccoli and pork. Serve immedietaly with mushrooms and sauce
